- Documentary proof of executives appointment.
- Documentary proof of the title to production, commercial and administrative premises.
- Being in business for at least 6 months after registration.
- Absence of valid court judgments on consumers' claims.
- Absence of decisions to deny FBB membership in the previous year.
- Absence of pending court actions.
- Availability of licenses and certificates.
- Absence of justified outstanding consumer complaints about poor quality product or service/work registered with the Saint Petersburg Consumer Association and state supervisory and control authorities.
- Existence of records and document flow management.
- Allocation of duties and responsibilities among the applicant's staff.
- Existence of staff members having specialized education or industry-related work experience.
- Special events held with a view to maintain and upgrade professional standards of the staff.
- Analysis of own business and existence of a system of corrective actions based on the results of such analysis.
- Existence of a system of recording, analysis and storage of information on satisfying consumer complaints (operating procedures for complaints handling, documentary proof of actual work aimed at settlement of complaints).
- Existence of a system of warranty liabilities and post-warranty service for the goods, services/works.
- Availability of strategic and current activity plans.
- Compliance of the business's advertising activities with the Law on Advertising.
- Availability of full and true information on the products or services/works in the Russian language.
- Applicant's willingness to provide information for evaluation of the professional standards of his business to experts representing the Consumer Association Expert Council and the FBB.
